Stuffed roulade, precooked, presliced

Our roulades are always pre-cooked and pre-sliced. We produce classic roulades with chicken or turkey, but we especially like to vary the inner filling. This can be done with a different type of meat, with vegetables, with herbs, dried fruits or nuts... The possibilities are endless.

How about slices of minced lamb with black olives and southern herbs wrapped in turkey meat? Or fine roast chicken witha filling of green asparagus, egg and turkey ham?

The pre-cooked meat and the slices provide enormous relief from the kitchen.
