Our tomatoes are locally grown and are harvested by our contracted farmers in July, in August, in September. We are producing 3 types of sun dried tomatoes;

1) Sun Dried Tomatoes

-Halves cut

-Julienne cut

-Diced cut

-Powder

2) Ready To Eat

-Halves cut

-Julienne cut

-Diced cut

3) Sun Dried Tomatoes in Oil/in Brine

-Halves cut

-Julienne cut

We have 2 types of raw material due to sulfite regulations;

-with SO2; bright color, this product is prefered in USA

-with very little to none SO2; darker red color, this product is used in EU.
