Sundried tomato paste

Orti dei Berici’s rehydrated, chopped sun-dried tomatoes serve as a better alternative for customers, as this product can typically be quite difficult to handle.Rehydrated sun-dried tomatoes paste is heat treated and packed in aseptic bags.  The product has to be stored and transported at chilled temperature. This product is used by food manufactury that produce backery, pizza, sauces, dressing etc. Shelf life is about 3 moths at 0/+4°C or 18 months at -18°C.
