Dumplings - Vienniese pastry cuisine.: Austria is known for it's culinary delights. Aside from Lasagne our passion is dedicated to dumplings, produced in a broad variety - heary, savoury treats as well as fluffy and sweet ones. Dumplings can be enjoyed as dessert, main course but also as starter. Our dumpling specialities are shock frozen at temperatures of approximately minus 40 degrees Celsius. By using the method of 'quick' (shock) freezing, it can be avoided that ice crystals between cells are formed. This results in high quality food at which nutritional value, colour, smell as well as taste can be secured over a longer time of period.
Our sweet dumplings portfolio includes amongst others Apricot dumplings, Plum dumplings, Strawberry dumplings, Nougat dumplings, Yeast dumplings, Plum samosa, Poppy noodles & Nut noodles.
