Our Sweet Puff Pastry Roll with Apple is baked with a delicious Lord Mayor filling, vanilla cream and apple jam with delicate apple pieces. A Danish pastry with crispy layers, and we sprinkle the top with chia seed and rolled oats.
Baking instructions: Defrost for 30 min. before baking. Bake for approx. 17-18 minutes at 190 °C (convection oven).
