Sweetened Dried Cherry Berry Blend (with sugar)

The Cherry Berry Fruit Blend is produced by combining our own sweetened dried tart cherries, cranberries and blueberries. The fruits are thawed and infused in a sugar solution in separate batches until a specified Brix level is reached. They are then dried to the specified moisture level, mixed together, inspected, and packaged.
