Tamarind fruit is a richly flavored, tangy, tropical fruit enjoyed for its complexity by sophisticated palettes across the world. Our Tamarind Syrup is a quick and easy way to make a rich sauce for grilled or roasted meats - and also tasty when simply blended with water and served over ice.  One of our favorite bartenders adds a dash of it to his famous bloody mary's  - a well kept secret.  Until now.
