Taquitos with chicken

Taquitos is a Mexican food dish that typically consists of a small rolled-up corn tortilla that contains filling of vegetables. The filled tortilla is then  deep-fried to give the crunchy aspect. 

Here taquitos is filled by ychicken, red onion, mozzarella and a mexican sauce.
