Thai wok dish with steak and cashew nuts

Boil the rice in accordance with the instructions on the packet. Heat the olive oil in a wok or large frying pan and fry the strips of steak for 1-2 minutes. Remove the strips from the pan and put aside. Fry the mushrooms and the sweet pepper in the same pan for 1 minute. Add the chopped vegetables and the garlic and fry for a further 3-4 minutes. Add the oyster sauce and cashew nuts and stir in the strips of steak. Season to taste with salt and pepper as required. Portion out the rice onto 4 plates and cover with a good helping of the wok dish. Serve with prawn crackers.
