The “DELICATE TASTE” extra-virgin olive oil is extracted from the best varieties of the Apulian olives: the “Frantoio”, the “Leccino”, the “Ogliarola” and the “Olivastra”, which are the typical local olive varieties of Martina Franca. Its taste of a fruit picked at the right degree of maturation, makes it the ideal condiment for raw and cooked vegetables, legumes and fish.
