Throubes Olives-: One of the most popular types of natural black olives, these olives are harvested by hand just before the changing color period. Natural throubes olives from the island Thassos, contain all the aroma and flavor of the fully mature olives. They have a bitter taste and become wrinkled. Internationally offered under many names depending on their origin (e.g. Amfissa, Thassos).
