Once caught, fishes are immediately frozen on board and stored at -40°C or colder at sea.
On land the fish is processed into loins, supremes or portions, ensuring the t° is maintained below -20°C during the full operation. The finished product is stored in coldstore, shipped in special containers and in our warehouse @ -50°C in France.
Tuna center cut loins, steaks and portions according to your specifications. Available species: yellowfin & skipjack (thunnus albacares & katsuwonus pelamis).
