Varietal Olives

Our flagship range of natural varietal olives is unrivalled in the UK and sourced from around the Mediterranean. We offer a variety of flavours, colours, textures and sizes, including many that have been certified for quality by regional classifications such as DOC, AOC and PDO We can offer varietal olives from Italy, France, Spain, Greece or Morocco. Our Petit Lucques are the finest freshly harvested green olives from Carcassonne in south western France. A sophisticated, brilliant green olive which is picked early, in September. This gives the olive a fresh crunchy texture and a refined flavour. By repute, Tanches are the finest black olives grown in France. This rare olive is grown in the area around Nyons in southern France. They have a full colour with a very rich depth of flavour. The renowned Kalamata is an oval purple olive, named after the city close to where they are grown in the Peloponnese in Greece. We also offer some of our varietals in pitted form, or as a mix, for example our Italian olive mix – consisting of Bella di Cerignola, Gaeta and Nostraline olives.
