The filling is made with our Chicca di Riso and mushrooms and the crespes are made with bio chickpea and spelt flour.
They do not contain milk, lactose and eggs.
You can cook them in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side, or in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
