These Frozen Crepes are 100% vegan with a creamy filling made with red chicory and Strachicco di Riso. The crepes are made with bio chickpea and spelt flour. They do not contain milk, lactose and eggs.
You can cook them in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side, or in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
