Vegan Danish Mini Pastries. Mixed carton. Item no. 10000849

A mixed carton of crispy VEGAN Mini Danish pastries with San-Francisco inspired sourdough. Pre-proofed, unbaked. The 3 varieties are:

• 40 x Mini Happy Custard - with a smooth custard and a caramelized filling, topped with chopped hazelnuts.
• 40 x Mini Truly Nordic - with apple- and buckthorn-filling, topped with an orange-flavoured icing sugar (150 g, included in the carton).
• 40 x Mini Chunky Cherry - with a surprisingly fresh taste and chunks of cherry.

Baking instructions: Bake directly from frost in pre-heated convection oven for approx. 14-15 minutes at 190 °C. It's advisable keep the exhaust open.
