This Vegan Danish pastry is baked with San Francisco inspired sourdough. It contains a smooth tasting custard and a caramelized filling made from soft brown sugar. A fabulous treat sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts for a delicious look and a crispy bite.

Baking instructions: Bake directly from frost in pre-heated convection oven for approx. 18-20 minutes at 190 °C. It's advisable keep the exhaust open.
