Vegetable Lasagne

Using our home made tomato sauce as a base, we add a colourful mix of red peppers, courgettes, aubergines and mushrooms and cook very gently. We then layer up the vegetable mix with sheets of lasagne verde and finish by topping with our delicious creamy béchamel. Just add green salad and crusty bread, perfect!
