Just add a few drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar to enhance vegetables, cheese, meat, strawberries and vanilla ice-cream.

3. Nocino : Manicardi Nocino is a walnut liqueur obtained from an old recipe belonging to the very old traditions of Modena. It is tasty and vigorous. The perfect liqueur to end a meal in the best way. It can be served at room temperature or iced.

5. Wine and Apple Vinegar : Manicardi’s Wine Vinegar comes from a selection of hill grapes from the Azienda Agricola and it is aged in oak casks so that the wood enhances the product as time goes by.
Manicardi’s Apple Vinegar is obtained from the apples picked up in Val di Non, Trentino. Compared to wine vinegar it has got a lower acidity and very delicate organoleptic characteristics.
