Virgin cold pressed oil is obtained by mechanical squeezing of roasted seeds of a naked-seeded pumpkin usingmore than hundred years oldhydraulic press, a traditional method proven to give oil with the best nutritional composition and extraordinarily rich taste. Pumpkin oil is extremely rich in unsaturated fatty acids omega 6 and 9, as well as vitamin E and carotenoids which havea strong antioxidant effect.

It is traditionally used in the prevention and treatment of prostate and urinary tract problems. The pumpkin seed oil contains a high concentration of delta-7 sterol compound which inhibits proliferation of prostate cells. It helps lower high cholesterol and treat cardiovascular and digestive system disorders. Research has shown that it improves the quality and quantity of sperm.
