White Tuna

White tuna is the most appreciated type of all the tuna family.Its exquisite flavour, particular light pink colour and the low fat content in its tender meet makes it a unique food.

It is fished while passing our coast on the Cantabrian sea in the period between June and November.
The immediate fresh manufacturing (“en fresco”) by our expert personnel, and the canning process, mantain and exalt its organoleptic properties..
