Whole Pepperoncini Pepper
We produce ~7,000 tons/yr of pepperoncini. We can pack peppers as a whole, sliced and diced. Pepperoncini peppers are consumed in the USA, not EU due to sulfite levels.
Pepperoncini peppers are harvested by our contracted farmers in July, in August, in September and October.Our agriculture Division staff supervises the plantation the harvest of the peppers. Once harvested, peppers are deliveredto our production site within 24 hours, where they are washed, selected and placed in fermentation tanks.
