In Finland's arctic, wild forests Lingonberries are grown naturally under the midsummer longer sunlight in clean soil and water, surrounding unpolluted air. these berries carry a very high amount of polyphenols vitamins C, K, A, and essential valuable minerals. berries harvested by human hands with limited footprints.

Wild lingonberry is called cowberry too, what so ever the name is, this is also a highly valued "Superfood". We offer wild bilberries in both organic and conventional quality.

After picking the berries, they will be IQF (individual quickly frozen) as soon as possible (bellow -18C). After well frozen, the berries are cleaned opto-electronically with a metal detector and color sorting to remove all the leaves, fragments, and possible unshaped berries or other berries. Such cleaned berries are again frozen as IQF-free rolling.

Frozen berries were defrosted and cold pressed by SRLM pressing machine and drained into the nectar collector tank, then the collected juice was filtered and mixed with water and sugar before being sent to the pasteurizer and aseptically packed into the Tetra Pak cans and added screw cap, manufacture date and expire date printed. packed it into boxes for storage/transport. ( no added preservatives, flavors, or colors)

Other popular package sizes for consumer packs are 500ml, 350ml, 250ml, and 3-liter bags in boxes, in addition to the Tetra Pak packing. We do also industrial packaging It's also possible to customize package sizes for your company's requirements. storage at room temperature below 25 °C ( 24 months shelf life)
