We freeze our fish immediately after catch using our patented ultra-low-temperature freeze technology. Frozen at temperatures of -75 degrees Fahrenheit, when thawed our salmon look, smell, and taste like a fish that was just pulled from the water. With up to 17 days of shelf-life when thawed, our salmon provide a wide-range of options for further re-processing into sashimi-grade loins, fillets, smoked-products, or other value-added seafood products.
Our floating processor produces over 100 MT of ice per day for use by our fishing fleet and for transporting fish prior to freeze. The quality and consistency of our catch is unrivalled by any other company in Alaska. With high-volume production, our premium-grade sockeye salmon provides raw material that is both affordable and ideal for premium product, value-added re-processing.
