Yakisoba with vegetables
Yakisoba is a Japanese noodle stir-fry dish. Yakisoba noodles are actually made from wheat flour, and are typically flavored with a condiment similar to yakisoba sauce (a sweet soy sauce). The dish first appeared in food stalls in Japan during the early 20th century.
Yakisoba are cooked and fried with the vegetables in the Yakisoba sauce and thanks to this the dish is more tasty.
