Yasaïman

Nikuman is a Japanese snack which comes from Chinese cuisine. It consists of vegetables in a steamed brioche. The recipe for stuffing with vegetables and sweet soy sauce brings a tangy and delicious brioche flavor. This filled bun is ideal for the aperitif or as a starter.

This product is very popular in Asia. It is present in near small Japanese stores called Kombini.
