Tajarin from Pastificio Zini are made only with high-quality ingredients. The product name reflect an Italian recipe of nest pasta, very thin, originated in the Northen Italy. Tajarin are similar to “Tagliolini” but they are thinner: the most important characteristics is the % of eggs, which is 25% but only egg yolks. For this reason, the taste is full, complex, flavorful. Otherwise, shape is elegant, eye-catching.
Moreover, the dough is made solely with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina.
It's suitable for a vegetarian diet.
