Pasta is probably one of the most popular everyday dishes. But what consumers like less and less are carbohydrates. The trend is therefore protein-enriched and carbohydrate-reduced pasta variations. The carbohydrates in our ZIRP FOR FUTURE → PASTA Fusilli are mainly from whole grain durum wheat and are therefore rich in healthier long-chain saccharides. With 11% cricket meal we achieve a protein content of almost 22%.
