We make top quality pates and terrines to traditional recipes from our kitchen in Carmarthenshire. Most pates and terrines are full of preservatives and additives. Not ours. We use fresh, local ingredients, such as organic chicken livers, pedigree welsh pork and wild Dinefwr estate venison, to create delicious dishes.
