The Food Factory

JCL Holdings, is a Group of Companies with over 28 year’s experience in the food manufacturing and catering industries.  It is the owner of The Food Factory®, the manufacturing arm of the Group.  The Food Factory® produces high quality and delicious food products using the best ingredients found in the great food traditions of the healthy Mediterranean diet.

The Food Factory® operates from a newly built 21,000sqm facility located in Malta and offers a wide product portfolio of premium quality products ranging across most segments within the industry.  It develops and manufactures products in the frozen and ambient segments under own label as well as under private label.  it also has gluten-free and other free from products within its portfolio.  In addition The Food Factory® has the capability to provide product development and product testing through its R&D Centre and Laboratory.
