It all started in the forties, in the heart of Dax Landes. Slowly from a retail store, a small family business has developed around regional specialties, foie gras, charcuterie, smoked salmon ... Lartigue in the family, women have imagination. For men they have talent. Therefore, over the years and for three generations, around this retail store has created an ultramodern craft workshop. In this workshop, the son Lartigue replicate and reinvent, are up to date, revenue from their mothers and grandmothers mère.Avoir a retail store was also an opportunity. The origins of our small laboratory allowed us to make small quantities of new, tasty. Then the success spread, by word of mouth in our town of Dax, we can add to our collections. Thus all our recipes are born and developed. To go further in our search for quality, traceability and food safety, we offer the guarantees and we got HACCP certification IFS and ISO 14000 soon.
