Bianconi was founded in 1947 by Eusebio and Filiberto Bianconi who began their pasta company in an area with a longstanding tradition of wheat farming. In 2008, Giulio and Maurizio Bianconi founded the company “Filiberto Bianconi 1947 S.p.A.” with the intent of creating a modern and efficient industrial food facility. The respect for tradition on the one hand and technological innovation on the other are the company’s secret to success.
