Our latest innovation is a revolutionary rice-shaped product, composed of 100%  legume flour (peas/red lentils/chickpeas), It’s the perfect substitute of rice, with all the goodness of legumes: rich in fiber and proteins, gluten free and with a low glycemic index. It also cooks like rice, but it’s faster. Ideal for risottos, cold salads or as accompaniment to meat or fish dishes.
