Rossmann Poland

Rossmann is a beauty and personal care retailer which was founded in 1993 by Dirk Rossmann. Its headquarters is based in Poland. The company is managed by its parent company Rossmann based in Germany. 

Furthermore, the firm operates 1,500 stores across the country and manages an online shop as well.

In the financial year 2020, Rossmann achieved a turnover of €2.2 billion and employed more than 15,000 people. It is noteworthy that the company’s online shop was ranked 12th in 2021 with € 18.4 million in the personal care market in Poland.

Rossmann offers a variety of goods in the following categories: 

• Personal care: body wash, moisturisers, makeup, etc. 
• Household: air fresheners, detergents, toilet papers, etc. 

In addition, the retailer endorses multiple brands such as Ava Laboratory, Bugatti, Bonduelle, Colgate, Cannabis, etc. Moreover, Rossmann also offers bio and organic products for consumers with specific needs. 

Furthermore, Rossmann developed its own brands which are as follows (non-exhaustive list):

• Babydream: a brand of baby milks, foods and juices that are of organic quality)
• Isana: a brand dedicated to cosmetic products. 
• Rival de Loop: a line of nail polishes. 

Pertaining to its logistics solutions, the company operates its own distribution centre and has a fleet of vehicles to conduct its deliveries. However, Rossmann switched to the HABBL app from fleetboard logistics in 2021.
