The Lane Crawford Joyce Group works with over 1650 brands and also manages more than 600 shops in Asia. The company employs over 5000 people.

The group owns 4 subsidiaries:

• Lane Crawford: Since 1850, the department store chain offers a range of luxury products that include clothing, beauty products and household items. The company manages 4 stores in China and 4 in Hong Kong.

• Joyce: Joyce is a department store that consists of 40 stores which include 10 Joyce Beauty Stores

• Pedder Group: Pedder Group offers footwear and accessories and has partnered with top designers in China. 

• Imaginex Group: The company is a distributor of fashion, beauty and lifestyle and offers brand management services. 

The business manages its own distribution centres.

The Lane Crawford Joyce Group launched a wellness platform in 2011 and there are many professionals in the field that carry out fitness and wellness programmes. 

The company also carries out various training programs at the Lane Crawford Academy. 

In 2016, the group launched The Cage, an initiative program that helps startups in fashion. These startups benefit from training from experts and over 200 advisors. The company is supportive of new designers and have launched over 70 designers since 2015.

The Lane Crawford Joyce Group also manages Beta Labs, a data science initiative. The objective is to discover new solutions in the retail industry and to improve customer experience. 

The business has also been supporting various organisations such as TEDxYouth@VictoriaHarbour and MaD. Furthermore, the company also collaborates with the Hong Kong Arts Centre.

The company also started the All You Knit Is Love Programme. The employees knit items which have been donated to thousands of families in China, Nepal and Hong Kong through charities like  Save The Children and Changing Young Lives, 

The Lane Crawford Joyce Group also created Luxarity which allows customers to donate their designer clothing which is then sent to institutions for research in order to create recycled materials.
