For three generations our family has been dreaming about spreading anywhere out authentic Italian gelato tradition and taste.We have grown up with the awareness icecream not only represents a cultural aspect of Italian know how but also our country roots themselves : the recipe,taste and texture are true expression of this.Since the beginning, the challenge our firm had been facing has consisted in producing an industrial icecream just as delicious as the homemade icecream sold in our grandparents' shops: to reach this goal it's been necessary premium selection of high quality raw materials as well as a particular care in their workmanship and mixing, by paying attention to every single detail. Above all, we daily dream and work for creating a stimulating and friendly working environment for the whole staff.We dream and sometimes dreams come true. We dream. And we work for turning our dreams into reality.Some data : No ogm, no hydrogenated fat, no artificial colourings. The plant, settled in Genoa, occupies a surface of around 10.000 sqm of which 7.000 of covered area. A modern infrastructure, advanced machineries and good logistics allow to produce about 5000 kilos of ice cream per hour. The inner laboratory for the Research and Development for new products is endowed with fittings pilot and tools of analysis. Tonitto’s sorbets and ice cream are produced by using energy taken from renewable sources. The solar panels system allows to reduce emissions for 150.000 kg CO2 per year
