Beimer Specials, for more than 60 years the specialist in artisanal, tailor-made production of quality meat and convenience products. Every day we deliver our authentic and delicious products to satisfied customers throughout Europe.

In our recently completely renovated production area we are able to portion, cook and prepare sous-vide according to customer demand. We can do this for Food professionals, industry and business-to-business customers.

Needless to say that the quality of our products always comes first!

Our craftsmanship, hygienic way of working, processing of fresh products and continuous quality control allow us to offer an ecologically sustainable, qualitatively excellent and deliciously tender piece of meat.

Beimer Meat BV, founders of Beimer Specials BV and the factory where the production of Beimer Specials BV still takes place, was founded on April 27th 1957. Currently, more than 160 employees are active at our production location in Enschede. The location is specifically designed for the production of beef and has a processing capacity of 900 tonnes of meat a week. Our controlled supply of raw materials only comes from selected suppliers. The meat is distributed by our own vehicle fleet, to national retail and international customers.

We produce meat in block ready snit, both veiled and semi-pare. We also have convenience food in consumer-size packages in our assortment.
