BISCUITERIE DE PROVENCE
For six generations, the passion for local products has been passed on from father to son in the Bédouin family. It all started with Joseph Bédouin in 1833. He started selling local products in the village of Visan in Provence: almonds, lime blossom, apricot stones, cherry stalks and more. In 1997, the company turns into biscuits manufacturer. The Biscuiterie de Provence takes full advantage of local riches. Lavender, olives, apricots, figs, goats’ cheese. These flavours all play a subtle role in Provençal biscuit- and cake-making.
