NOVOFRUCT SK, Ltd. was found in 1993, but its history of cannery dates back to year 1975. Since February 2017 the 100% shareholder of Company  is Lithuanian company NDX, UAB.

Cannery is processing fresh fruit, vegetable, meat for final products as baby food, fruit/vegetable puree, preserved vegatable and fruit, canned meat, tomato puree, delicious.
