• We are a first-class manufacturer of "old-school" bruschetta sliced bread, ciabatta,  focaccia, and many more products that boost the sales of our commercial partners (Italian bakery is considered a “hot trend” worldwide).

Our breads are TRADITIONALLY made with remilled durum wheat semolina (unique taste)  and naturally leavened for 12 hours with mother yeast (lighter finished product).
