The network emphasizes SPAR private-label products in value and mid-price segments, including the SPAR Natural line for organic, gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. SPAR Poland operates a multi-format strategy with SPAR Express convenience stores, SPAR supermarkets, and EUROSPAR hypermarkets, catering to diverse customer needs in cities and small towns across the country.

In 2021, SPAR Poland reported retail turnover of €385.3 million, reflecting 20% year-on-year growth. The company engages in community events such as family runs and picnics to build local brand recognition and family-oriented positioning as convenient, quality neighborhood stores.
