Spring is a French manufacturer of ecological and efficient detergents which was founded in 2020 by Ben, Philippe and Laure. The company runs an online store as well. It is headquartered in Paris.
Furthermore, Spring’s goal is to provide its clientele a more environmentally-friendly alternative to major brands of cleaning products.
Its products come in eco boxes of detergent capsules which are super concentrated with no allergens, no carcinogens and no endocrine disruptors. These are then delivered to clients’ desired addresses monthly at a customisable frequency. Moreover, samples are given out at a price of €4.9 to new customers.
As of today, there are a total of 7 people employed by Spring.
Spring proposes products in the household category including dishwasher capsules, laundry detergents, cleaning sprays and many more.

Starting out with humble means, HelloFresh, a meal kit retailer, was founded by Dominik Richter, Thomas Grisel and Jessica Nilsson in Germany in 2011. 2 of the founders would personally be packing the meal kits and delivering them directly to customers.
The meal kits consist of ingredients for a specific meal and recipe cards with all the instructions. Clients ust need to follow the steps to prepare the meal.
Nowadays, HelloFresh has grown into one of the largest meal kit retailers not only in Germany but also in Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand and even in the US. In fact, it was recently ranked as the No. 1 meal kit company in the world, standing out from 100 competitors in the industry. In 2020, HelloFresh distributed over 600 million meals across the world.
HelloFresh achieved a turnover of €3.75 billion in 2020, registering a growth of 111% compared to 2019 and employed 11 860 people in 2021.
Even though HelloFresh is already recognised as the leader in the meal kit industry, the company is conquering 1 or 2 new markets each year for the next 4 years.
Furthermore, HelloFresh is also planning to distribute to retailers and test prepared-food vending machines in Europe. In other countries, the meal-kit retailer has started to offer salads, soups as well as desserts.
HelloFresh is known for providing fresh ingredients for its meal-kits but also for its sustainable packaging. In fact, recycled packaging is used and that’s only for products that have to be packed.
A 2nd production facility is expected to be built by the end of 2022. A photovoltaic system with a capacity of approximately 5000 kWp will cover a large part of the site's energy requirements itself. It will also purchase only green electricity.

In the post-war years, it was customary for housewives to prepare homemade pasta for their family, served steaming hot and fragrant. From the 60s onward, however, changes in society also led to changes in eating habits and packaged foods started to become popular. In that period, a small workshop opened in Valdichiana, near Sie- na, where good use was made of the ex- perience gained and secrets learned in the family kitchen to produce bread and fresh pasta, especially ravioli and pici, typical of the area. Ancient pastas, linked to a culi- nary tradition that has also become cultur- al: for tortelli, going by the name of ravio- li, we can even recall a tale in Boccaccio’s Decameron, which speaks of Bengodi, the land of plenty, where “folk did nothing but make macaroni and ravioli”; or a sonnet by Pucci, which tells of women who “sell eggs and cheese / to make herb pies and cakes / and ravioli and other dainties”. As for pici, they seem to go as far back as the Etrus- cans, and are possibly depicted in the fres- co of the Tomb of Leopards in Tarquinia.
The small workshop produced excel- lent fresh pasta that tasted just like the
homemade pasta of the old days. Activity soared, and over the years the workshop developed further and moved to Monterig- gioni in 1979, adopting the Belverde mark. Even the corporate structure changed, as often happens quite naturally over time, and the Bigazzi family, well established and appreciated in the food industry for fifty years, took over the company. The new management did not forget the pas- sion of the beginning, back in the 60s, but rather made it its own, and reissued the challenge. So, the company moved to Il Casone, a district of Monteriggioni, and developed Arte Pasta Senese. There, it or- ganised a 4000-square metre facility, with the intent of pursuing and improving the quality of production, and set additional, concrete and ambitious targets. And this is how Toscanità came to be. A trademark (Toscanità) that wishes to express all the pride of representing an area of excellence and its products. In particular, the pasta, many different types of pasta, all capable of conveying the essence of this unique land through their taste, genuineness and goodness. From 2020 the new production line for frozen fresh pasta starts.

Previously known as Supermercato24, this marketplace was established in 2014 in Italy. Following its expansion across Europe, it was decided to rebrand the name to Everli, a name that the managing team feels is more in line with the expansion plans of the company.
Everli is a marketplace which operates its own application. Customers can choose from over 30000 references from different retail chains and specialised stores such as Carrefour, Auchan, Lidl, etc.
Around 3000 personal shoppers employed by the company will be going to the retail stores and purchasing the products, ensuring that they pick high quality products and fresh produce.
Through the application, customers can monitor the status of their orders and can also make changes to their cart.
Furthermore, the shoppers communicate with customers to inform them about missing orders. Once the shopping is done, the shoppers will deliver the orders to the customers at a scheduled time.
Everli has received positive reviews from satisfied customers who have been using the service for months. One of the things that is greatly appreciated is that Everli is not limited to large cities. Indeed, Everli services small towns and low-populated cities as well.

Will Shu and Greg Orlowski established Deliveroo, a food delivery business, in 2013 in the UK. The idea emerged when Will Shu moved to London and realised that while there were many restaurants operating all around the city, very few of them provide home delivery services.
Deliveroo collaborates with different food service businesses and offer delivery services within 30 minutes. Customers can access the Deliveroo platform through the website or application and order from various restaurants within the area. Some of the food service businesses that collaborate with Deliveroo include Pret A Manger, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Nando’s, etc.
In addition to this, the company also delivers groceries and has partnered with retail chains such as Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, etc.
Deliveroo charges a delivery fee to customers depending on the location and its partners are charged a commission. Since 2017, UK customers who subscribed to Deliveroo Plus do not incur delivery charges.
Within a few years since its creation, Deliveroo has entered European markets such as France, Ireland, Belgium, Spain, etc. Furthermore, the food delivery business has also expanded to other continents, starting its operations in Hong Kong, Australia, UAE, etc.
In order to help restaurants reach more customers, Deliveroo has started Deliveroo Editions Kitchens. This service enables restaurants and other food service businesses to set up delivery-only kitchens in specific areas identified by Deliveroo. These dark kitchens can be set up within 8 to 12 weeks at a lower cost compared to a full-fledged restaurant.
In 2020, Deliveroo’s turnover rose by 650% to € 4.8 billion and presently employs 30000 people.
Deliveroo employs riders who pick up the orders from restaurants and dark kitchens to the customers. The riders use bicycles or motorcycles to carry out the deliveries. Customers can track their orders through the application.
Concerned with different communities, Deliveroo has pledged to deliver 1 million meals to those in need through its Full Life Campaign. To achieve this goal, it has partnered with organisations such as NHS and Pride in London.

Asturias has always been a by-word for cider. There is no Asturias without cider or cider without Asturias. It has always been this way and, in fact, apple and cider have marked from hundreds of years the carácter and customs of our people.
The cider has marked the history of Trabanco family. From the moment Emilio Trabanco undertake the adventure of turning a “llagar” of self – consumption into all a business project in 1925, many have been the working hours in orchard, in breweries, in cider bars…
In the 21st century the fourth generation of the Trabanco family joined to the business giving way to a new stage marked by new products, and the expansion to the new national and international markets.
Relying on high-quality raw material has been and it is one of the fundamental issues in the expansión of Trabanco. The quality of apples is the key to guarantee a cider, for this resason we pay special attention to the selection of varieties and the best quality of apples.
Currently we have around 100 hectares of own plantation, which allow us to innovate, by selecting the varieties that we consider most appropiate for each type of cider and to establish quality controls thorughout the production process.
In our plantations we combine traditional techniques with the lates innovations for our apple care. The goal: get an optimal performance, in both quantity and quality at each harvest.
Currently there are major challenges in our path. The first: keeping the values of tradition, know-how and quality that have always marked the history of Tranbanco. This is our identity, which will be marking our progress in these new times.
The second: consolidating the innovations made in recent years, with the introduction of innovative products. New ciders and more international varieties of cider…are just some of the new references which we must present and position in domestic and international markets.
And here we face our third challenge: extending the cider and it´s culture all over Spain….and all over the world. Trabanco cider is recognized in many countries like USA, Russian, UK, etc…and we are proud of and at which we are still working to imporve what our ancestros have bequeathed to us.

HOLY Drinks was founded in 2020 as the first company producing and selling Hard Seltzer in Germany under the brand HOLY Hard Seltzer.
Together with top brewing engineers we developed a proprietary brewing process that uses water, dextrose and a yeast strain. The process is similar to the beer brewing process - except: we are able to ferment dextrose using our specialized yeast to break it down. Once fermentation has occurred and the alcohol developed, we have a pure and clean sparkling water with 5% alcohol that is finished off with various 100% natural fruit flavors. Ultimately, the refreshing bottle of HOLY Hard Seltzer is ready to be enjoyed.
HOLY currently comes in a variety of four different flavors that are appealing to a wide customer range : Cranberry, Mango Passionfruit, Lemon Ginger and Cucumber Lime.
Our advantage? Easy: Existing products like beer, wine and cocktails cannot serve the needs of our time: Individuality, conscious lifestyle, variety of tastes, light enjoyment and low alcohol content. This is where HOLY comes in - with its different flavors, light and refreshing taste, no sugar and 28kcal per 100 ml HOLY - and gives the answer to the drink of a new generation.
HOLY Hard Seltzer is uniquely positioned in the fast developing Hard Seltzer market as it is one of few premium Hard Seltzer products served in a bottle and with an outstanding quality thanks to its unique brewing process.

Back in 2013, Noel Conlon and his beloved Border Collie, Juno, tried and tested the market for a healthy, enjoyable dog treat which was nutritious, delicious and wouldn’t vanish in an instant. After struggling to find such a dog treat (much to Juno’s disappointment), Noel teamed up with co-founder Michael Hunt, and they made it their mission to create a unique, fun and tasty dog treat which would benefit canine health and wellbeing.
With canine obesity and disease rates ever-increasing, Noel and Michael felt a personal responsibility to develop simple, yet effective, recipes which would deliver multiple health benefits and features. With expert support from Senior Food Technologists at CAFRE, the team created frozen yogurt treats which are low calorie, lactose-free, a slow to consume tasty treat packed with essential vitamins, minerals and fibre. The Frozzys team has since gone on to develop Frozzys Superbites – the tasty dog treats with added probiotics developed in response to consumer demands for dog treats which feature natural ingredients whilst supporting digestive health,
Dogs and their owners across the country, and further afield, are now part of the Frozzys’ pack. With Frozzys, you can rest assured that you’re barking up the right tree with our portfolio of nutritious and delicious dog treats.
