Currently the company’s production capacity for processing of oilseeds – sunflower, rapeseed and soybean – is 120,000 tonnes. The total production capacity for oils is more than 50 000 tons per year.
The company is holder of IFS, BRC, ISO, HALAL certificates and the constant quality of its products is monitored on regular base by leading labs like SGS and EUROFINS.
Klas Oil offers 1L, 1.8L, 5L and 10L bottles of refined sunflower oil (Klas Brand or Private label), packing in bulk and in flexitank is also possible. More than 80% of the production goes for exports: to Europe, the Middle East (Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, OAE, Saudi Arabia), Asia (China and South Korea). The factory is situated very close to the main Bulgarian sea port and this allows very quick lead times and deliveries to each corner of the world.

Our story began in 1972 when Mr. Stanislav Pečjak (founder ofthe bakery Pekarna Pečjak) started a biscuit production plant.He continued with the production of pasta, bread, and thenfrozen products. Passion for the product and gastronomic culture. By always operating on the basis of these criteria and constantly taking care of the high quality of its product range, the Pastificio Avesani – born in the Verona province in 1951 as a small family workshop – has been able to grow very quickly achieving a significant position on both the Italian and the international market. And this thanks to a mission based on the fresh “pasta” and to an ambitious program of technological development fully respecting traditional recipes and methods. This has brought as a result the introduction of very modern processes, the application of meticulous procedures of self-control as well as the constant monitoring of the raw materials and of the various steps of the production cycle in order to enable an industrial manufacture with the same care typical of the handicraft work.

Tradition and innovation merge in such a way that make the Avesani products unique and easily recognizable. During the years, the company evolved from the technical and dimensional point of view but still nowadays gets back to the recipes of the family tradition paying high attention to the ingredients, from the thin “sfoglia” to the rich filling. The selection of particular wheat meals that make it possible for the pasta to keep compactness and roughness, the dough and the original filling, the exploitation of the organoleptic profile of every component give to all the products an excellent balance. The genuineness, the freshness and the intrinsic quality – granted by packaging every item in modified atmosphere with a 60-day-shelf-life – make the “Avesani pasta” be a guarantee for superior characteristics of elasticity and excellent results when cooked.
Fresh pasta for everyone’s taste
Innovation, creativeness and tradition for a tasty daily menu. The offer of the Pastificio Avesani includes products and shapes of the traditional Italian cooking – sometimes made in an innovative way – which go well with any kind of sauce: fresh filled pasta (“tortellini”, “tortelloni”, “ravioli”), fresh egg pasta (“tagliatelle”, “bigoli”, “lasagna”, “maccheroncini”), “gnocchi” made with potatoes and gastronomical specialties able to please even the most demanding palates.
Among the best-sellers there are the “Nodini d’Amore”, that can be distinguished from any kind of other product for the peculiar shape of the fresh egg pasta having inside a small pearl of a very compact filling. Moreover – in order to meet the needs of a constantly more demanding market – in these years the company has set up an innovative range of bio-vegetarian products and has widened its traditional range with the new “Ravioli” with braise.

The production process is under independent electronic monitoring, performed by a DPC (digital production control) system, which ensures traceability of finished production along with a well integrated HACCP system. Our good manufacturing practices are periodically audited by Bureau Veritas – an independent auditing company. The packed by our company products are successfully exported to many countries in the European Union. For more than 12 years, we have been packing HORECA products for Nestle Bulgaria, Nestle Greece, Nestle Romania, Nestle Belgium, Balkam Group – Spetema Coffee. The company is located in the heart of picturesque Beskid Sądecki Mountains in Stróże, southern Poland. Our bee farm consists ofnearly 1500 hives, most of which are situated in the region of Carpathian Mountains where the environment is still natural and clean. The company was established in 1973, and from the first small scale operation, the company went on to develop rapidly after 1989. ”Sądecki Bartnik” offers a wide range of honey and other bee products such as propolis, bee pollen, beebread, royal jellyand beeswax. The company also deals in the purchase, purification, packaging and sale of any and all bee products.
Thanks to its well-equipped laboratory and highly qualified technicians “Bartnik” can boast a world class standard for quality technicians “Bartnik” can boast a world class standard for honey quality. Our company meets the BRC and IFS standards which are confirmed by relevant certificates. We have also successfully accomplished certification process for Kosher and Organic Products. Since the turn of the millennium the Beekeeping Museum has been the crown jewel of the company.
