Iki Lithuania

Iki is a retailer which was established in the year 1992 by three brothers George, Olivier and Nicolas Ortiz. The headquarters is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. The firm has operated as a subsidiary of Rewe Group since 2008.

Iki operates 231 stores across the country under the banners:

• Iki
• Iki Express

In 2021, 6 new shops were established in Vilnius, Kaunas, Ringaudai and Kursenai.

Over 3000 references in the food and non-food categories can be found in Iki’s shops.

Furthermore, Iki offers real-estate advertising.

In 2020, Iki achieved a turnover of €701 million and employed 5770 people.

The retailer offers a diversified assortment of products under the following categories:

• Sweet Grocery: chocolate, candy, tea, etc
• Savory Grocery: snacks, nuts, pasta, etc
• Chilled & Fresh Food: meat, charcuterie, poultry, etc
• Dairy: cheese, butter, milk, etc
• Frozen Food: meat, poultry, seafood, etc
• Drinks: soft drinks, water, alcoholic beverages, etc
• Personal Care: cosmetics, skincare, haircare, etc
• Household: detergents, washing liquid, degreaser, etc

Pertaining to the logistics features, the company operates a fulfillment center and an advanced warehouse management system.

Moreover, Iki banned the use of plastic shopping bags in its stores to be eco-friendly.
