They continued to transform their own prunes and started marketing them in France and furrowing his first health food stores. The Guimberteau family has owned the Château Franc-Baudron estate since 1923. This is a vineyard on a human scale where each generation has left its footprint on the family heritage. Glass bottles which is instead the product is the ideal way of maintenance of food. In 2003 we decided to take a step further, advancing a transformation and normalization of organic tomato we already were producing. Initiating and organizing a small laboratory processing and standardization were the first step. By supplementing our effort we also advance to the procedure of certification of our laboratory (DIO inspection body and certification of organic products). The contribution and work of the whole family was the catalyst for success to our first product to the market, "Tomato juice, the product of organic farming", with the commercial title "Iliogennima" . The production line is constituted of instruments a stainless appropriate standardization of food. For product packaging are used bottles and 0,50L 0,72L content, condensing the juice is light, while the sterilization and pasteurization temperatures are 80 and 100 degrees Celsius respectively.

Our productive cycle is carried out entirely in Italy and it starts with the initial division of the tuna into the various cuts that will be canned.The tuna is gutted, then carefullywashed to clean the meat and finally steamed, a method which ensures that the flavourful characteristics of the meat are maintained intact. A constant temperature is maintained during the ensuing preparation phase so that the meat becomes firm in texture and can be accurately cleaned. The most important phase, of which we are very proud, is ‘la monda’ which means the cleaning from bones, skin, scales and red meat. This phase is entirely carried out by hand, by expert local artisans using traditional methods. Following this, the fish is soaked in first choice olive oil, canned, sterilised and vacuum-packed. Finally, after a suitable aging period, which is necessary to obtain maximum flavour, the product is packed and transferred to the warehouse from where, every day, it is sent out all over Italy.

Coopronaranjo RL is a company that began 46 years ago, exactly in 1968, with a group of 91 small Naranjenos farmers who at that time had produced approximately 10,000 bushels of coffee harvest season.
This group of farmers decided to join forces and create a cooperative under the name of Coffee Growers Cooperative of Multiple Services Naranjo and RL Since then he has been serving and developing the canton of Naranjo has been characterized as a purely coffee community.

In the late 1960s Pastificio di Chiavenna moved to the current location in Prata Camportaccio near Chiavenna and from that period, besides the traditional production of durum semolina wheat pasta, Pastificio di Chiavenna began to produce also the “Pizzoccheri della Valtellina”, a speciality of the Valtellina Valley, made with buckwheat flour.
Shortly the Pizzoccheri della Valtellina came out from the local area and through the large-scale retail trade are today known and appreciated in all the Italian regions and abroad.

The Company was founded by José Rodríguez Vega, father and grandfather of the present owners to engage in the distribution of sugar products, main activity has consistently maintained to the present. The founder, Mr. Rodriguez Vega, had been CEO of the company "VICTORIA" Badalona, which was one of the factories of cookies and candies leading Spain in the 20s.
The first settlement was installed in Riudoms Street No 9, in May 1932, as an interim awaiting the completion of the works in the store-store Raval Alt Jesus No 30. Today we cultivate about 17 hectares (42 acres) of vines in areas of Dolgesheim and the next villages Weinolsheim, Hillesheim and Dorn-Dürkheim. In the era Tertiary theRheinhessen region was covered by an ocean (the Mainz Basin). During this time, clays, sands and limestones weredeposited. The vineyard soils range from light sandy loam soils over limestone clay to heavy, humus-rich loess soils.
In 2007, we completely changed our vineyards to organic farming. We are a member of Naturland.
Weingut Seck was founded 50 years ago. We place special emphasis on consistent production of high quality wines. Quality begins in the vineyard. Through a carefulpruning, greening in each row and removal of leaves andthinning of the grapes the basis for full-bodied, densewhite and red wines is placed. Yields average at about 75hectoliters per hectare, or about 1.5 liters per vine.The top wines are at 40-55 hectoliters per hectare.
Our red wines get density and character by traditionalfermentation on the skins, they are further refined bymaturation in small or large oak barrels. The grape must of the white varieties is cooled and slowly fermented toensure optimal preservation of flavors and a clean fermentation. By careful and gentle treatment, the qualityachieved in the vineyard is preserved. We fill our winesdirectly in the winery to bring the wines into the bottles as fresh and gently as possible .

Vitalgrana is a project which starts its activity in 2008, when a group of 400 farmers, owners of 1.300 Ha (13.000.000 m2) of the land known as “Els Carrissals” or “Los Carrizales”, located in the Parques Naturales del Hondo of Elche/Crevillente and Las Salinas of Santa Pola (Alicante), decides to run a leading enterprise, specifically the PARC NATURAL AGRARI ELS CARRISSALS (PANAC) (www.carrizales.es), a project whose philosophy is based upon the environmental respect and the support to the traditional agricultural and livestock activities that, throughout centuries, have been developed within this territory, under the protection of the European Agricultural Model.
The initial phase of the aforementioned project did culminate with the running of the Vitalgrana’s project in October 2011; throughout the development and research initial phase, multidisciplinary teams made of Chemists, Biochemists, Pharmacists, Biologists, Doctors, Agronomists and Industrial Engineers did collaborate, as well as several departments of the Universidad Miguel Hernández of Elche (Alicante), with the invaluable support of the Generalitat Valenciana, thanks to different budget items which were assigned to research.
The Vitalgrana’s project comes from the global strategy of the PANAC’s project, which bets on valuing a traditional cultivation, deeply-rooted within our area, the “ELCHE’s MUSHY POMEGRANATE” in particular. The area and environment where our project is based produces up to 90% of the European pomegranates production, which allows Vitalgrana to have the best raw material, that is daily transferred to its manufacture, and monthly harvested.
The shareholders of Vitalgrana are the PARC NATURAL AGRARI ELS CARRISSALS SOCIEDAD COOPERATIVA VALENCIANA and several private investors which did bring the necessary funds to run the project.
Vitalgrana possesses a highly trained staff, where a wide experience within the agrifood industry joins the energy and the youth of its team.
