The company:
Agras Delic was created in 1986. At that time, Italy's pets were mainly fed on "leftovers", whilst pet food, namely the industrial food produced for cats and dogs, was in the very early stages and an entirely new concept in terms of taking care of pets.
A careful observation of the behaviour of many pet owners, and indeed the pets themselves, which, over time, often became proper family members, revealed that there would indeed be a place in that newborn market of cat and dog food, for "high quality" produce.
AGRAS DELIC was therefore established with the main aim of bringing a "high quality" approach to the pet food industry, thereby meaning high quality raw materials, recipes, production processes and, accordingly, the finished product; these were concepts that had up until that point mainly been applied to food for human consumption.
And in more than 25 years of operations, Agras Delic has never once lost sight of this objective. These objectives are achieved by establishing strategic partnerships with the world's best pet food manufacturers, carefully selected after specific research and evaluation to bring only the very best foods to the market.
The company sells about 25 thousand tons per year of products under the Schesir, Stuzzy, both in Italy and abroad, distributing in over 40 countries to more than 3000 customers thanks to a workforce of about 60 employees. In the large-scale distribution in Italy it also sells products under Adoc brand.

Schesir products are sold in more than 3.000 pet shops in Italy, and in about 70 countries all over the world. The internationalization process started in the Netherlands in 2003 and then continued across Europe. Today, the brand is also present on other continents such as Asia and North America.
Today Stuzzy proposes a range with the best combination of flavour, authenticity, and accessibility, bringing preparation methods and recipes that are more savoury, authentic, and complete to pet food bowls all over Italy.
Agras petfoods can also propose products manufacturing in private labels.

OVER THAN 20 YEARS OF NATURALNESS AND QUALITY
It was June 1999, when for the first time in Europe a 100% natural ingredients pet food appeared on the shelves. Its name was Schesir, presented in a single-serve can, prepared in jelly and added with vitamins and minerals. And now Schesir offers a wide range of natural wet products for cats and dogs.
- Products made with 100% natural ingredients of the same quality as those used for human consumption (but destinated to pet food for commercial reasons).
- Only fish caught in the open sea, and chicken from controlled farms.
- The accurate cleaning, the steam cooking and the hand-made processes keep out any chemical component and guarentee integrity of nutrients, high digestibility and an extraordinary appetability.
- Products free from added preservatives and colorings, with a careful selection of the better parts of fish and meat, using only natural procedures, as the pet’s owner would make by himself.
- Cruelty free
Agras Pet Foods has been the first in the world to insert REAL PIECES OF FRUITS and the fruit line launch followed the results of the research "Effects of the inclusion of fruit in the cat's diet on fructosuria and the metabolism of the intestinal microflora" – by the Department of Veterinary Medical Sciences - Alma Mater Studiorum Università di Bologna.
This study has assessed the effects of including two kinds of fruit (pineapple and papaya) in the diet of cats. It has examined the effects that the fruit had on the animals’ intestinal flora and their capacity to metabolize fructose.
In its natural wet food portfolio, Agras Petfoods also offers many other innovations to answer antrhopomorphic needs: soups, Pokè salads, snacks, etc.
Agras Petfoods also offers a Bio line of complete and balanced foods tested and certified as organic by certification organizations recognized and authorized by the relevant European authorities, formulated with the source of animal protein as main ingredient from animals reared free-range, non-intensively and using ORGANIC feeds in compliance with European Community directives. Formulas are nutritionally approved by the Department of Veterinary Medical Sciences – Alma Mater Studiorum Università di Bologna.,
Finally, Agras Petfoods develops its own recipes of natural dry food for dogs and cats. These natural recipes are designed and manufactured in our own factory in Neive (CN) Piedmont Italy
Sustainability:
Schesir is committed to acting always more as a "green brand", protecting the environment for future generations through an increasing number of actions, which are always concrete, transparent and easily identifiable by the customers. Packaging and communication materials are made of recycled, recyclable or from controlled and regenerated forests.
From the end of 2017 we eliminated the cardboard that covered the cans of 70-75-85g cat and 150g dog on Italian and German markets, in order to make them more eco-sustainable and to facilitate the consumer to separate waste collection.
Furthermore, the equivalent CO2 emissions from the paper used in excess are also compensated through reforestation projects.
The fish caught for our products comes from sustainable fishing. In fact, only 2 species of tuna are used: bonito (Euthynnus affinis) and skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis).
Both these species do not suffer from overfishing, nor, as one might think by name, the young fish are caught: the captured subjects must have reached the reproductive maturity.
We love animals and refuse the use of invasive and cruel tests of any kind. This is why Schesir is listed by the animalist associations among the "cruelty free" brands and exposes the Cruelty Free and Dolphin Safe logos on the packs.
We also support and will continue to support associations that take care of abandoned cats and dogs locally and globally.
The company has edited in 2016 its first Sustainability Report (for year 2015) ; in 2018, it has published the second one (for years 2016-2017), and now is working at the third edition (for years 2018-2019)
Sustainability report is the not obligatory statement trough which those companies oriented to adopt a "socially responsible behavior" give, in a transparent way, an idea about the impact of their activities on the social and environmental context, explaining their remuneration policy and their commitments to employees and provide information about relationship with customers and suppliers and so on.

About us Since 1996 Prestige 96 forms the favorite flavors of Bulgaria. The company is among the largest food producers in the country. It offers broad range of products in six main categories – wafers, biscuits, sponge cakes, wafer sticks, muesli bars and cakes. Prestige brands are: Trayana, Mirage, Roden kray, Troya, Naya, Spoko, Hyper, Prestige, Müsli, Tsarevets, Maxi, Waffi, Morning coffee, Paradise, Princess. The company has not only strengthened its leading position on the Bulgarian market but also actively develops its presence in other markets. The products of Prestige 96 are present in 25 countries and their number is steadily increasing. The production of Prestige 96 takes place in Veliko Tarnovo. In October 2003, the local management of the Beerse factory took over the plant in a Management Buy Out, under the impulse of Thomas Becker, who had run the production plant since 1983. The company officially started as Glacio NV as from January 1st, 2004. Unfortunately, Thomas Becker inexpectedly died in November 2004. The new management focuses on its core competencies even more: ice cream specialities, designed for the gastronomy and door-to-door market segments.
