About the Wine
BORN ROSÉ works with local vineyards and a team of oenologists in Penedés, Spain (an internationally-renowned wine-growing region about 30 miles outside of Barcelona) to produce organic, dry rosés. Similar to the terroir of Provence, France (a popular region for rosé winemaking), Penedés’ seaside climate is optimal for growing Grenache and Tempranillo (grapes native to Spain) and Pinot Noir. BORN ROSÉ’s wines are made with grapes grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizer, and they’re Organic & Quality Certified, as well as IFS Certified.
To achieve BORN ROSÉ’s signature pale pink rosé color with bluish hues (signifying a young, fresh wine), the wine is fermented at cooler-than-typical temperatures. Brut is made in the Charmat method, which refers to the wine’s second fermentation taking place in large steel tanks, resulting in lasting, elegant bubbles and a fresher sparkling wine than Champagne or Cava (which are aged in bottles).
Still and Brut pair beautifully with tapas, sushi, salads, light pasta dishes and more!

This business and brand is built on enormous passion for chocolate and cacao. We have an insatiable hunger for knowledge and learning on this particular subject, which always keeps us humble and wanting for more. Having worked with chocolate for 20 years (10 years at the time we started the business), co-founder Josefin knew well what flavours she was looking for and had a good understanding of quality in chocolate that would live up to her standards as a chocolate maker. When she met her future husband Kiril, a Barista and coffee roaster, their skills were perfectly suited to create Mörk Chocolate.
We wanted to create an exceptional product that was made for everyday, all day chocolate drinking for conscious consumers like us. We created it to become as normal as having a coffee everyday, lowering the sugar levels and putting the quality of the cacao in focus, just as in coffee really. The first thing you should taste when drinking Mörk is cacao. Not milk, not sugar, but cacao. At the time when we started, a drink like this was hard to find. All hot chocolates were overly sugary, there was no consideration for the cacao quality or flavour, and there was not thought going into preparation or presentation of it.
Having created the Original Dark 70% in their living room, they began selling the blend to café-owning friends. Over the next 10 years Mörk has grown steadily with a presence in Australia, Japan, the UK and Europe.

We have carefully selected the ingredients of our drinks and bars together with renowned Food Technologists. The result is healthy yfood products that are unbelievably tasty and keep you full for 3-5 hours.

With 500 kcal per serving, a yfood Drink covers a quarter of the daily energy requirements of an average adult (2000 kcal per day). One serving (500 ml) of yfood also provides you with around 34 g of protein, which is 68% of your daily protein needs. We also add 26 vitamins and minerals to make our drinks genuine all-rounders.
No added sugar, preservatives and artificial flavours
Our products not only taste fantastic, they also have a shelf life of at least one year – which is achieved without any added sugar, artificial flavours or the use of preservatives. Instead, we use the ultra-heat treatment (UHT) method. This makes our milk stay fresh for longer and no nutrients are lost in the process.
Vegetable oils
Fats are among the essential nutrients required by the human body. They are important suppliers of energy and help the body to absorb vital, fat-soluble vitamins. Vitamins A, D, E and K are all fat-soluable vitamins.
Fibre from oats
Fibre is an important part of a healthy diet. One serving of yfood provides you with 7.5 g of dietary fibre, which we source from gluten-free oats. It is purely plant-based, has hardly any calories and contains neither fat nor sugar. Gluten-free oat fibre is an integral part of our drinks.
26 vitamins and minerals
Our drinks naturally contain the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, the water-soluble vitamins riboflavin and B12, as well as chloride, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. During production our drinks are enriched with additional vitamins and minerals, so that a 500 ml serving covers around 25% of the daily micronutrient needs of an average adult.
Easy to metabolise
yfood ready-to-drink meals have a low glycemic index of just 32. This means that when a 500 ml bottle is consumed, the blood sugar level in metabolically healthy people only rises slightly and then steadily falls again. This can prevent an afternoon slump or "food coma".

Pékmester Biscuits Ltd. and its subsidiary Baker Street Ltd. operate as a family business with decades-long history next to Lake Balaton in Hungary. The premium and gluten-free biscuits are made in two separate plants.
The plant in Lepsény where the gluten-free biscuits are made has a capacity of 200,000 packages / month / shift (approx. 20 tons). All together the plant’s maximum capacity is 80 tons / month driven by a modern, computer-controlled production line. After more than 12 years working in multinational companies, in the child category (HARIBO, Mattel), Amelie Coulombe got interested in the chocolate industry and the lack of innovation in offering for kids. After months of research, several days talking to kids and their parents, and a diploma as a chocolate-maker, Amelie launched the first Krokola bar, in February 2021.
Krokola first customer was Monoprix, nationwide (about 300 stores), and that was only the beginning. Krokola has been expanding its distribution in early 2022 and is now working with 2,000 stores! Monoprix, Intermarché, Auchan, Carrefour, Carrefour Market and Franprix are already offering Krokola to their shoppers, with the same mission to educate kids to great chocolate!

The Tokaj-Hétszőlő estate’s unique and first class, organic vineyards are situated on the southern slopes of Mount Tokaj. In 1502, the Garai family assembled seven parcels of land which became the Hétszőlő single vineyard. The historical Rákóczi Pince belongs to Hétszőlő Winery. It is situated in the heart of Tokaj town, right next to the church of the main square of the town. The imposing (28-m long, 10-m wide and 5-m high) knight’s hall is the largest underground hall of this wine region. Today it serves as a place of wine presentations for wine friends and professionals.

... The Breitenbach Winery is situated on a six hectare plantation in the heart of Hungary’s Tokaj region. And we at the Breitenbach endeavour to make the vineyard work in a way that is both sustainable and eco-friendly: all the viticultural work is done by hand, our wine cellar is built and maintained in the traditional way, and our grapes are pressed using a pressing machine that is over 120 years-old.
The main variety of grape we use is Furmint, and we also use Hárslevelű, Kövérszőlő, Zéta and Kabar. Our speciality wines are the dry Furmint, dry Szamorodni, and the six puttonyos Aszú. The dry Szamorodni is particularly special for it is made in the same was as sherry is in some regions of Spain, a production that was almost extinct in the Tokaj region, and even still only ten fellow wineries produce their wine is a similar manner. Our most prestigious wine is Six Puttonyos Tokaji Aszú, which is a concentrated and complex wine.
Our goal at the Breitenbach Winery is to make our quality wines widely known in Western Europe.

All products are made of the best possible quality meat, from animals living in the wild like deer, roebuck, wild boar, or animals living free range in National Parks, like grey cattle and water buffalo. These animals do not consume artificial nutrients, grain, antibiotics and hormones, they graze freely, therefore their meat is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids which are beneficial for the human body and health.
With the Special Edition Red Deer product family we created an exceptionally high meat content, pork free gourmet product, where we replaced pork pancetta with free range water buffalo tallow.

STORY: The formula derives from a 132-year Italian liqueur-making tradition. The manufacturer, active since 1898, has modified a traditional home-made recipe, using certified organic Italian medicinal herbs with proven digestive properties.

POSITIONING: AMARO SUBLIME is an excellent new product to offer both male and female customers looking for a low-alcohol, organic, reassuring type of drink.
TASTING: Clear, amber colour, with reddish and golden reflections. Distinct bouquet of rhubarb, cinnamon, gentian, yarrow and liquorice, with rose and citrus (bitter and sweet orange) emerging subsequently. Full yet delicate, enveloping, velvety smooth on the palate, with the immediately evident floral rose and yarrow notes giving way to the bitter notes of rhubarb and gentian, followed by fresh citrus and ending with the sweet hints of liquorice and a spicy cinnamon edge.
Tasting was carried out at room temperature, around 20°C, so that all the nuances could be captured to the full. The product was then chilled to about 10° C, maintaining its characteristic aroma and flavour, and offering an even more agreeable taste experience. We then also added ice - make sure you add plenty, because the more ice there is the quicker the drink cools and the less diluted it becomes. This ensured all the characteristics were preserved intact. As well as its traditional use to aid digestion, this medicinal amaro can also be added to refreshing carbonated drinks, and to bring a pleasantly herby touch to aperitif and digestive cocktails.
COMPOSITION: An original, contemporary recipe, clearly based on the Italian distillery tradition. Seven medicinal plants carefully chosen and selected for their specific characteristics. The formula is completed with extracts of a natural botanical, chosen for its refined, elegant flavour, as well as its beneficial properties.

Incorporated in November 1998, Green-Gro Limited was the first company in all West Africa to commercially produce a fully aerobically composted organic fertilizer and substrate that was suitable for the propagation and continuing strong growth of all local species of vegetables, fruits, flowers, shrubs, trees and grasses.
