Molino Merano is a dynamic company combining historical milling tradition with modern production technology. The processing of grain of all kinds, we have dedicated ourselves since over 30 years now. Flours, baking ingredients, baking mixes and specialty products for bakeries and the food industry, as well as food from organic farming are among our product range. Our latest novelty is the production of lievito madre natural yeast in our establishment, guaranteeing different applications for clean label products. Also separated from our mill we have a highly specialized production site for the milling and mixing of gluten free raw materials. We use special know-how to produce excellent baking mixtures from high-quality gluten free raw ingredients for bread and pastries, which are almost identical in terms of appearance and taste to traditional bakery products.

Magnat was established in 1994. Since its establishment, the company has developed, among other things, increasing the production and number of employees. At present, the company has its own infrastructure in the form of machinery, as well as in its own warehouse and production, located in a logistically attractive surroundings - 4 km from the exit of the A4 motorway Wroclaw Berlin.

Kocaman Balıkçılık,as young as our Republic (1923), holds “Turkey’s biggest sea and freshwater producy exporter” name with its production apt to HACCP system in an established area of 8.500 m2 in Bandırma. Besides Kocaman Balıkçılık alsa has a Tuna Farming Operation in İzmir with Aqua-Group, production of Marinated Anchovy and Buttered Snails in Bilecik joint-venture with Française de Gastronomie and partnership for distrubition of frog legs in France-Lyon with RAR Sarl.

Kourellas S.A. company was established in 1992, after the modification of the pre-existed company which was active in the same field since 1960. Company’s activity involves milk processing and production of cheese products, salads and yogurt, foodstuffs production and the development of agricultural economy with progressive applications.

Company’s main products are feta cheese, kefalograviera cheese, kaseri cheese, goat cheese, cheese with garlic and pepper, cheese with olive and chili, mpatzios cheese, manouri cheese and the local cheese with protected designation of origin (p.d.o.) anevato, which has been established by Kourellas S.A. Products are transported to Greece and Europe.

      In 1996, Kourellas S.A. is the first company that starts the production of organic dairy products with the commercial signature “BIOPAN” and with Naturland’s German specifications, since there were no regulations concerning the animal organic products. Since then it builds an important for the organic agriculture, complete, self-supplied dairy production system with the application of laws Ε.Ε. 2092/91 and 1804/99. Today the company collaborates with 90 selected and self-conscious organic agricultural-farming households and cultivates 20 km2 of land with breadstuffs and other various livestock feed, in order to self –sypply with Greek foodstuff the 20000 and more bio-fed sheeps and goats.

Caykur is the biggest and leading establishment of Turkish tea sector with its 47 wet tea processing factories, 1 tea packing factory, 2 regional directorates of marketing and production, 7 regional directorate of marketing, Base Repair Shop, Ataturk Directorate of Tea and Garden Cultures Research Institute with its 16.500 employees and wet tea processing capacity of 6.600 tons/day. 55-60% of wet tea products produced in the region which vary by years are purchased by Caykur. Caykur’s market share in domestic dry tea market is approximately 60-65%. • Pohjolan Peruna is the northernmost potato refinery in Finland. Factory is founded in 1962 and placed in Vihanti. Main material is potato, grown nearby by contract farmers.

• New ROOTY - brand was launched in March 2021. The first products of the new brand are ROOTY Potato Rice and ROOTY Pan Noodle (both frozen products). Our other well-known brands are Mummon (for retail) and Mestari (for Horeca). Product range includes various frozen products, vacuum packed chilled potatoes and potato flakes and granules.

• We manufacture from Finnish potatoes blanched, pre-fried, dehydrated potato products with or without seasoning. Packaging from 0,4 kg to 500 kg. The products are either chilled or frozen apart from the dry products. We are able to produce Kosher products.

Brixen is a highly qualified mozzarella manufacturing company well established on the national and international market.
