Grapefruit juice & Tonic water: It was monsieur René Lacoste, the legendary French tennis player and the man behind the sportswear with the embroidered crocodile, who created Pomton as we know it nowadays. While attending a golf tournament in 1967, Lacoste invented Le Chose (The Thing). The mix of grapefruit juice & tonic water in one drinking glass would quickly become the traditional reward for golfers and tennisers worldwide after a good round of golf or tennis.
Watermelon fresca & Grapefruit juice: Back in the 15th century, Aztecs traveled along the rivers of Tenochtitlán and gathered fruits along the way. They muddled these fruits with water, then added ice from the Popocatépetl to make it more hydrating. Over the years, agua fresca has become a staple beverage in Mexico. And being the healthy “fruit water” it is, Mexicans grew up with this refreshing drink. More various fruit were added as time went by. The watermelon variety in particular quickly gained popularity. After years of being the most popular drink in Mexico, the drink also became famous among their North American neighbors. New product groups have been developed such as chilled soups, vegan oat-products, an unsweetened product family without artificial sweeteners, organic options and products rich in protein. Friendly Viking's is Juustoportti's export brand launched in 2019 and is specialized in gluten-free vegan products made from premium Finnish oats.
Several products have been awarded: our Friendly Viking's O'GURT Greek Styles was chosen as the best vegan yogurt alternative from PETA Germany this year (2022) and our artisan cheeses have won several awards internationally and nationally.
Juustoportti's operations take place near the center of Lake Jalasjärvi, where the majority of products are manufactured. Juustoportti is one of the most modern companies in Finland in terms of production technology. The operations are based on continuous product development, high product quality and the high competence of the staff. In addition to these, bold but profitable investments are one of the cornerstones of Juustoportti's operations.

Dr Brazzini consults on all General Dermatology and is an experienced Cosmetic and Aesthetic Dermatologist with particular interest in acne and acne scarring, rosacea, ageing, melasma and other pigmentation disorders. She has extensive experience in dermal fillers, anti-ageing injectables, laser treatment for skin disorders and chemical peels. She is also one of the few world experts on treating keloids with intralesional cryotherapy.
Dr Brazzini graduated in Medicine at the University of Florence, Italy in 1998 and obtained the degree of specialist in Dermatology and Venereology at the postgraduate school of Dermatology and Venereology in 2002. From 2003 to 2004 she worked as a consultant dermatologist at the Deaprtment of Dermatogogy of the University.
During her training years and early consultant years she attended courses and did fellowships in use of lasers and IPL in dermatology, aesthetic medicine and cosmetic dermatology, photodynamic and sclerotherapy.
Dr. Benedetta Brazzini has been consulting in private practice in both Florence and London, since 2004.
From 2008 to 2020 she worked in the NHS in the Dermatology Departments of Charing Cross, Hammersmith and Ealing Hospitals in London.

The extra virgin olive oil from biological cultivation “GRAN PREGIO” is obtained by a careful selection of the best olives of Coratina and Peranzana cultivar , picked up in the family running farms, from the experiences handed down from father to son, with the origin ages ago.
The origin land is located at North of Bari, into the cradle of secular olive-groves behind the Adriatic sea where the fertile lands and the mild and sweet-smelling climate of the sea give to the oil particular organoleptic characteristics.
We add to all this an exasperated care of the methodical processing steps : from the plants pruning to the manual picking-up on the trees, transforming the picked-up olives within the same picking-up day by a last generation continuous running equipment, with filtering and packaging made at the family oil-mill headed to MARIA’s father, IGNAZIO CAPUTO.

I would like to welcome you to Domaine Tropez, and to discover this careful selection of our award-winning wines from Saint Tropez, in Côtes de Provence.
To begin talking about Domaine Tropez, I would need to talk about Tropez Beraud, who in the 50’s was a figure in wine growing and trading in the Var.
He created the famous Bar du Port in Saint Tropez in 1963 several other businesses in the area.
A family vineyard was inherited by Gregoire Chaix, Beraud’s grandson and he continued the tradition as a tribute to his memory but also giving his own touch and vision to build a modern vineyard to achieve the highest of standards. Since then, the vineyard has assembled a number of AOC Côtes de Provence vines, covering over 40 hectares.
The dominant vines grown around the property are the grenache, to give structure and aroma, tibouren, a specific vine from the Golfe of Saint-Tropez to bring elegance and finesse, and other complementary grapes such as, cinsault for the rosé, rolle and semillon for the white and syrah and cabernet for the red.
In line with the principles of organic farming, all vine growing procedures are wisely thought through: regular mechanical weeding is performed to limit chemical weed control, using certified organic fertilizers. Harvesting is done at a low temperature to obtain white and rosé wines with elegant and complex aromas, also creating crisp, light-colored wines.
Domaine Tropez wines are known for their distinctly Provence character, boasting lively, full-bodied flavours that are the result of exceptional circumstances, the strong maritime influence of the clay and limestone soils along with the sandy Mediterranean climate.
In 2005, our Domaine became global and currently is looking forward to strenghten its precense globally

Calabrian Pasta was born from the passion for a land and its products, and from the desire to bring on the tables the gastronomic specialties of a region, Calabria, rich in traditions, tastes and flavors. 'Nduja, hot peppers, Sila potatoes, Tropea red onion, black pork, porcini mushrooms, are just some of the extraordinary flavors that can be encountered while wandering around Calabria. Calabrian Pasta has collected these products, enhancing their taste, and enclosing them in a casket of pasta, made of durum wheat flour and flours of Calabrian origin, processed with pure water that flows into the Sila Piccola at over 1400 meters above sea level. The result is a typical, artisanal, tasty, unique product. We carefully choose the ingredients we use for our pasta, all of the highest quality, in order to obtain a product of excellence. With freezing, we keep all the flavors, aromas and sensations of an entire region.
The ingredients are all at Km 0, all produced and selected in Calabria, where it is possible to work them in the same day and we prefer to choose them between BIO, DOP or IGP:
- Flour and durm wheat flour used are of Calabrian origin
- The water used naturally flows at over 1400 meters in the Sila mountains, a short distance from the area where there is cleanest air in Europe, perhaps even in the world
- Ricotta is produced by Calabrian dairies, with traditional methods
- The Red Onion comes strictly from Tropea, home of this inimitable natural product
- The 'Nduja comes strictly from Spilinga, the world capital of this unique product
- Potatoes come from the Calabrian Sila
- Porcini mushrooms are processed and selected with care and experience in Calabria
- The eggs, where used, are all of Calabrian origin
- The oil used is extra virgin olive oil, BIO and 100% Calabrian
The fillings are the heart of our product, and they are wrapped in a dough obtained from a bronze drawn sheet, at low temperature, which gives it the right roughness and porosity. Once produced, we decided to freeze the pasta in order to naturally preserve all the flavors and aromas we gave it during the processing phase. Furthermore, frozen pasta manages to have a longer storage time (18 months), with advantages both in the storage and processing phases.

Since 1648 the GUNTRUM family has produced exceptional wines. During the French Revolution, the Guntrum family fled across the Rhine river and temporarily relocated in Bensheim. In 1909 Louis Guntrum returned to the left bank of the Rhein River and settled in Nierstein, Rheinhessen.
Today, Konstantin Guntrum and his wife Stephanie continue the family heritage as 11th generation. Their commitment to the family heritage: “Tradition is not about tending the ash, but about stoking the fire.”

Excellent year for white and red wines in our region.
Precipitation concentrated between February and April. Spring started wet and ended up quite dry with a heatwave in early June.
Summer with regular warm temperatures but with cool nights, helped a balanced and gradual maturation of the grapes. These weather and out-of-season oscillations resulted in low production but with high quality grapes and concentration.
The White Wines resulted in balanced, fresh and aromatically intense. Red Wines responded with fruity aromas, elegant and very concentrated tannins.
