In 1885, seven Ammerland farmers formed one of the first dairy cooperatives in Northern Germany.
To be honest, things have not much changed since then. Today, the Ammerland dairy is still run by farmers from the region – as a cooperative association whose guiding principle is to protect the existence of the farms.
By now, the cooperative has no longer only 7, but more than 2,000 suppliers. And of course, we now work with the state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies and quality standards that go far beyond the legal requirements.

From being a small bakery in Copenhagen more than 60 years ago, Coronet today has developed into one of the biggest and most important cake manufacturers in Scandinavia. Started in 1991 thanks to the dedication of Paola Calciolari, Le Tamerici produces fine quality preserves, in particular jams and mostarda, with three different ranges, Classic, Organic and Meditation.
Besides using local produce once typical of the Mantuan area but now largely forgotten, such as the Campanina orchard apple or white watermelon, we also candy fruit and vegetables like green tomatoes and pumpkin. All our ingredients are carefully selected and processed fresh using special timing and methods that ensure colour and fragrance are conserved without any need for preservatives, additives, thickeners or anti-oxidants. The home of Le Tamerici in San Biagio, Mantua, hosts a cookery school and a smart shop selling products made by top craftsmen.

Inza is passionate about milk, processing about 500,000 litres of milk daily with an annual production of approximately 150 million litres. We source this milk from our own dairy farmers. Healthy, responsible and delicious local milk.
All our milk is sourced from IKM farms. IKM stands forIntegrale Kwaliteitszorg Melk or Integrated Quality Assurance of Milk. About 50% of this IKM milk is processed into consumer milk. The remainder is used for cream specialities and milk-based beverages such as yoghurt drinks, chocolate milk and functional milk beverages such as baby milk and meal replacements.
